High-Intent Discovery: We transform fragmented data into a structured, searchable database, enabling high-intent collectors and professionals to discover items they otherwise would not find. Personal Information: This includes information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and any other information you provide when creating an account or contacting us. Historical Continuity: We provide a permanent digital record for the circular economy, ensuring a product’s story—from its original manufacture to its presence in the vintage market—is preserved for future generations.

Participant Categories & Data Sourcing

Brand Partners (Commercial): Manufacturers who maintain a paid partnership (annual fee) to showcase their authorized, current collections within our premium context. Contributors (Galleries & Auction Houses): To maintain the most comprehensive design archive in the world, Designheroes indexes and curates openly available public data regarding vintage and collectible design. Data Sourcing & The Curatorial Layer: We do not claim ownership of the raw data sourced from the public domain. Our role is to act as a specialized Curatorial Layer. We synthesize public information into our proprietary "Design Museum" format to provide the benefits listed in Section 2, acting as a high-end traffic driver for the original sources.

Intellectual Property & Archival Policy

Archival Exceptions: We host historical product sheets, advertisements, and data for educational and preservation purposes. This usage is intended to comply with the Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S. Code § 107) in the United States and the Cultural Heritage exceptions under the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790).
